Ski Season 2008-2009 is here and in full swing!! Broderick Real Estate will be updating inventory while new homes become available near North Creek and at Gore Mountain. Prices upon request. Usually, asking prices are for a three to four month ski season. All other terms are negotiable depending on the home. Normally, the homeowner pays for the plowing of driveways, and the basic telephone service and cable tv. The tenant is usually responsible for the other utilities, such as Nat'l Grid Power and /or other heating sources. Firewood for the fireplaces varies with what type of property you are renting. At the Summit Townhome's, firewood is provided. The trend with vacation home is also non-smoking and no pets, occupancy limited to those stated on the lease. Guest policies vary. Sometimes, if a pet is crated when they are left home alone, they may be allowed. Special security and agreements are made beforehand and at the discretion of the homeowner. Payment is made with a first deposit of 20% and the balance is payable prior to arrival.
